Tiffany Home Design was featured in the 2011 Street of Affordable Homes Tour in Tigard, Oregon. At approximately 3,000 square feet over three floors, The Korum – Home #3 on the tour – offered opportunities to showcase a wide-range of staging techniques.
Since this home was built with an open design, potential buyers might feel lost in the space. To keep this from happening, there are many thoughtfully placed details that add warmth to the space. Muted colors along a theme helped accentuate the high quality accents throughout the property, including rich wood floors, detailed cabinetry, granite countertops, and of course the beautiful view of Mt. Hood.
The most noteworthy part of this particular home was the game room and wine cellar on the bottom floor. Creative details added comfort and a touch of humor to help potential buyers feel right at home.
